Mark where the folded panels will sit and how people will pass through the opening. Compare the day-to-day access arrangement with the fully open position, allowing space for furniture, handles and any screening. Door and window applications need to be checked separately against the available configurations.
Discuss finished floor levels, external paving and drainage before selecting a sill. A flatter transition still needs a suitable weather-management detail.
