This Alspec-based range can integrate with several commercial framing systems through the appropriate adaptors. Different sash formats support a range of architectural appearances and weather-performance requirements.
Performance Windows custom fabricates each unit. Dimensions, finish, glass, screens, hardware and installation details are confirmed through the quotation and specification process.
Awning and casement sashes open differently, so compare ventilation, handle access and the available space outside the building. Consider screens, shading devices and adjacent openings at the same time. Show the required opening direction on the schedule rather than leaving it to be decided during installation.
Identify the surrounding frame system and provide the opening sizes, glass specification and relevant performance requirements. Sash format and compatible adaptors need to be selected as part of that assembly. Ask the project team to confirm any opening restrictions or access constraints before fabrication details are approved.
